About Qombine

Qombine AB is an insurance broker authorised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to carry out insurance distribution in non-life insurance. Company registration number 559527-5594. You can check our authorisation in the Financial Supervisory Authority’s company register.

Our advice

Qombine does not provide advice based on an impartial and personal analysis of the entire market. We distribute insurance from a selection of the market’s insurers. The insurer or insurers relevant to your placement are always identified in the documentation you receive before an agreement is signed.

Remuneration

Our remuneration consists of commission from the insurer, which is included in the premium and shown on the premium invoice.

Professional indemnity insurance

Qombine is covered by the professional indemnity insurance for insurance broking that Hjerta AB (company registration number 556714-0610) has arranged for its affiliated brokerage companies with Accelerant Insurance Europe SA. Policy number S001MO000100-04.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our advice or distribution, contact our complaints officer Saman Jabbari at info@qombine.se. We respond to complaints objectively and in writing. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a court of general jurisdiction.

Good insurance distribution practice

Qombine is a member of Hjerta and the Swedish Insurance Brokers’ Association (SFM), and follows SFM’s guidance on good insurance distribution practice and duty of care.
