Why Qombine

We represent you

We have no insurance products of our own to sell. You authorise us to act on your behalf, and we negotiate for you.

Several insurers

We compare prices and terms from several insurers and recommend the option that best meets your requirements and needs. We also explain why.

Terms through Hjerta

Through Hjerta, we have access to agreements with negotiated premiums and terms. We compare them with other options on the market.

We stay in touch

We review your insurance well before each renewal. And whenever you tell us something has changed.

How it works

Three steps.

01

Review

We identify your requirements and needs: what you do, what could go wrong and what you have today.

02

Placement

We obtain quotes from several insurers, negotiate and recommend an option.

03

Follow-up

We remain available for claims, changes and renewals.

Our membership of Hjerta

Hjerta

Membership with practical benefits for you.

Hjerta is a service organisation for independent insurance brokers. Through our membership, Qombine has access to collectively negotiated insurance solutions, specialist expertise and support with claims.

Collective negotiating strength

Hjerta procures non-life insurance solutions for its members and their customers. A larger collective brings negotiating strength on coverage, terms and premiums. We compare these agreements with other options based on your needs.

Access to specialist expertise

Qombine remains your point of contact. When an assignment requires it, we can draw on specialist expertise through Hjerta.

An additional assessment of a claim

Through Hjerta, we can draw on a neutral and experienced team for a second opinion on your claim. This provides an additional assessment of the case.

Useful information

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost more to use a broker?+

Our compensation is a commission that is included in the insurance premium. Before you decide, we tell you in writing what form of remuneration we receive, who pays it and how much it is or how it is calculated.

How long does it take?+

It depends on the insurance product and the scope of your needs. In some cases, cover can be in place the same day. More extensive procurement processes may take a few weeks. We give you an estimated timeline once we have reviewed your needs.

We already have insurance. Does that matter?+

That is a good starting point. We review your existing insurance, assess how it meets your business needs, and compare terms and premiums with other options.

Which insurers do you work with?+

These include If, Trygg-Hansa, BNP Paribas Cardif, Protector and Gjensidige. The insurers relevant to your placement are always identified in the documentation provided before an agreement is signed.

What happens if we have a claim?+

You report the claim to the insurer, and we help you through the process. Through Hjerta, we can also draw on a neutral and experienced team for a second opinion on the claim.

Where do we turn if we are dissatisfied with you?+

Contact us first. We respond to complaints in writing. Our process and further options are set out in our complaints procedure.
